Telephone Coaching with Shirley Cress Dudley Shirley Cress Dudley offers 50 minute coaching sessions. These sessions are held by telephone, and are $95 prepaid. (If you have financial issues, mention this to Shirley in your initial email.) Coaching is different from marriage and family counseling. Coaching is more direct than counseling and focuses on your present goals. Counseling may extend for years- coaching is short term, and can be from a couple of sessions to a couple of months, depending on the particular topic and need. Weekly sessions are recommended.
